Our 3BR / 2 BA Waterfront Condo Is Less Than A Mile From The Outlet Mall!

This 15-acre condominium resort in the heart of Osage Beach has a half mile of shoreline, a spectacular 10-mile view, a spacious pool deck for sunning on the point, a lazy river, a kids' water area, and a panoramic view of where the Grand Glaze Bridge meets the main channel. This less-than-5yr old resort has elevators, a lighted boardwalk, the full mile of waterfront and an elegant 5,000-square-foot clubhouse.

This 3-bedroom, two bath, 1,500-square-foot condominium built in January 2009 has everything to make your weekend getaway or family vacation memorable. The large patio has an outstanding view of the lake from both inside and out. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are open and spacious.

The master bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, mirror, flat screen TV, walk-in closet, and private master bath with a jet tub and access to the patio. The second bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, flat screen TV, and closet. The third has a trundle that can convert to two twins or a king-size with a flat screen TV.

About Jim Gansner

Growing up in St. Louis, MO, my family visited the Lake of the Ozarks often, and it is amazing to see how the Lake has developed over the years. My wife, sons, and I love visiting the lake several times each year for shopping, golf, and just a quick getaway.

We still live in St. Louis where my wife who attended Ursaline Academy and MO State University works in sales. I went to Vianney High School, SIUE, SLU Law School and Webster University for a master's in Business Communications. I work in the finance industry.

Additional information about rental rates

A deposit in the amount of the first night's rent is due at the time of booking. The balance can be paid however you'd like prior to your arrival.
Fees And Taxes An additional cleaning fee of $90 will apply to stays of 3 days or less and $150 for stays of 4 days or more.

There is also a refundable security deposit of $300 that must be sent in your rental agreement. This check will be held until after your stay to cover the costs of any damages. If there is no damage, the check will be returned to you.
Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day weekends require a minimum three night stay.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

We absolutely LOVED your condo! We had a great relaxing trip and this was the perfect condo to do it in. It was clean, spacious, updated, with a warm at home atmospheren and a great view of the lake!
