Photos do not do this condo justice. Whenever I rent a vacation rental, I always expect a few disappointments but this was not the the case. Everything was exactly as described or even better. The living room fronts a busy street but being on the 13th floor, there is hardly any noise. The dining room looks out over the balcony which has a few plants and is nicely furnished. The bedroom is in the back of the apartment with a nice view of its own and extremely quiet. The bedroom has plenty of closet and storage space. The kitchen is well equipped (as far as I could tell) but I did very little cooking as restaurants are plentiful and cheap. The laundry room is off of the kitchen and the washer is very quiet. There is a clothes drying rack but not a dryer.
The neighborhood is very nice with plenty of grocery and gourmet stores. We never had trouble catching a cab and the subway (Subte) is a few blocks away. The apartment is a few blocks away from the Recoleta Cemetery and shopping mall.
If we return to Buenos Aires, we will not even look for another place to stay. You can't beat the price for a luxury apartment.

My husband and I were in the summer of Argentina, all in the apartment is nice, very well equipped with excellent taste.
All days we have breakfast on the terrace and enjoyed the dining and living room, as they both give a glazed front with a beautiful view, day and night.
From the bedroom window, overlooks the north, with a postcard typical of buildings of Buenos Aires.
The excellent location allowed us to walk to the most interesting places. It is near many restaurants, supermarkets and gourmet food stores (on the same block.)
Everything turned out wonderfully, we got the return of our security deposit without any problem.

I stayed here for a month with my girlfriend over Christmas 2013. The photos on the site description give a good representation of the condo.
It is located on a main street of Recoleta with a great view from the living room and terrace. Its a convenient location to get to all parts of the city. The local neighborhood is a quiet residential area with lots of good restaurants and small markets within easy walking distance.
To the left as you face the entrance is a small wine and cheese shop. The owner, who is a real foodie, was really helpful with recommendations for restaurants and markets. We bought all our wine, cheese, salami and olives there to bring up to the terrace for an early evening snack. You can sample everything and he is really knowledgeable. Tip: this is one of the only places we found that has spices. Even black pepper is a rare item since the Argentinians seem to limit their seasonings to salt. The owner has marginal English, but there was a Canadian there at times who spoke Spanish/English/French.
Within a 15 min walk near the Recoleta Cemetery is the Buenos Aires bus. Get tickets at the Buenos Aires Info kiosk located about a block from the cemetery entrance. This goes on a grand tour of the city's sites and you can get off and re-board at any stop. It's a good way to orient yourself to the city since you can review all the neighborhoods and activities.
We were entirely satisfied with the condo, but I'll just mention a few things:
~After flying all night to BA, we had to check in with a 3+ page list of things in the condo. This is certainly understandable for things like kitchen stuff and removable equipment like TV, stereo, phone, etc., but the list contained LOTS of things like built-in lights, bathtub, towel fixtures, curtains, attached mirror, built-in closet, drawers, etc. I thought it was really overkill. There was no problem with our checkout, so it wasn't an issue in the end.
~We had an electricity allotment of 250 KW for the month and had a final charge of US$25. There is really no way to know in advance if this is a reasonable allotment. On one hand we were there during a record heat wave, but on the other we were only there at the condo for 3 out of the 4 weeks due to a side trip. Just an FYI.
In any case, we highly recommend it - hope you enjoy.
