First floor owners suite with king size bedroom, upstairs rear bedroom with double sets of bunk beds (full of button, twin on top) guest room front bedroom with full bed. Garage enters into laundry for all the wet clothes (from skiing or swimming)
Purchased this home as a second home for my sons to enjoy their favorite sport - skiing. They are now headed off to college so I hope to create family memories for you and your family. I am in the building business so I am on top of maintenance issues.

The Community takes care of the exterior maintenance & snow removal & landscape. Since I don't live in the area that was a plus for me on my decision to purchase.
The wood burning fireplace and the property is located with everything you could need close by!
We were a mixed group of people of all ages. Three children under the age of 5, grandparents and 30-somethings. We all found this house to be absolutely perfect. Very clean, close to camelback, lots of amenities in the house for your use. Great board games. Awesome great room with living area, dining area and kitchen all connected. Really met our needs, and the owner stayed in constant contact with me throughout our stay to communicate plowing schedules etc. we loved it!
Great House! Will recommend to all of our friends & family. Large and cozy great room for all of us (3 couples) to hang out and play games with the warmth and ambiance of the fireplace. Love the large windows. Nice bonus to be able to see the slopes of Camelback too. Kitchen had everything we needed for making ourselves right at home. Place is very clean and neat. The whole rental process was super easy and they were kind enough to send back my large parka that I left in the coat closet! Great experience. Thank you.
We rented the home for a family ski trip. It was the prefect size for 7 adults and 2 children. All needed ammenities were in the home. The community was lovely and the streets were cleaned in the snow. Super close to camelback for skiing or waterpark. Owner was very easy to work with and responded to all needs. We will be returning in the summer!!
We were looking for a cozy, kid friendly place to stay for the weekend. Boy did we find what we were looking for. Kids loved the fireplace and my husband and I loved how clean it was. Being so close to Camelback was an added bonus. We were nervous to be in a community, but the house was so private. Loved being there, can't wait to book another weekend in this house!
This house is awesome! It was so convenient for what we were interested in doing. It is well maintained and was very clean when we arrrived. It was nice to have sheets and towels available for use. Having to pack items like that is not fun. We traveled with 4 adults and 6 children and we had plenty of room to sleep comfortably. All of the kids slept in the room with the double set of full over twin bunk beds so the adults had their own bedrooms. The location is perfect for activities at Camelback mountain. Half of us went skiing while the other half enjoyed snow tubing. We were even able to visit the Great Wolf Lodge and take advantage of the different amenties at that resort without paying the super expensive price of staying there. I recommend this property for anyone interested in enjoying some time in the Poconos with their family. We're looking forward to renting again this summer. The Poconos is just as fun in the warm weather as it is in the winter.
