You will enjoy this quiet and residential neighborhood close to the Church Saint Vincent-Paul (Place Franz Liszt), halfway between Montmartre, the Canal Saint Martin and the Galeries Lafayette. Many of the major tourist sites are within a few metro stops or a short walk away.
The area boasts all you will need to make you stay enjoyable. There is a supermarkets just across the street from the apartment building. Also, there are several delicious boulangeries (bakeries) along rue chabrol. The fresh fruit and vegetable market, several restaurants, and Velib' bike stations will all be within a few minutes walk.
This 1350 sf apartment is perfect for welcoming a whole family, a group of friends or just a couple looking for a nice, spacious place to enjoy and relax in Paris.
We had a very pleasant stay in jerome place. His apartment is convenient to everything. Just two minutes walk frm the metro and a few blocks away frm the train station. there is a supermarket just opposite to the doorway. There he suggests some very nice restaurants, bakeries and bars nearby, you dont have to worry about food to go. His apartment is clean and tidy. The beds are comfortable. We like the kitchen very much that u have everything ready for cooking. A market is just a street next to the apartment where you can buy fresh fruits, cheese, ham, wine, etc. What a pity we just stay there for three nights, i would definitely wanna stay there longer!! This place is highly recommended to all of you~Very suitable for a large group of friends or family who are looking for a cozy place to live in. The garbage room is right out of the apartment just before the staircase.
There is no sorting in the condominium.

Do not hesitate to use the guides of Paris left at your disposal in the kitchen, to the left of the Cooker.

Washing machine and dryer machine The washing machine and dryer are located in the laundry room, in the bathroom. All useful products are located on the shelf side, just below the boiler.
Dishwasher The dishwasher is in the kitchen. Be careful to hold the door in the opening. All useful products are located on the shelf on the lower right.
Press the stove fire that you want to turn while turning to the left.
Boiler The boiler is located in the laundry room, in the bathroom.
The dining table dining table can accommodate up to 6 people standard. For guests, add the console end table for three additional people.
5 chairs chairs are currently in the lounge. For guests, you will find additional folding chairs in the dressing room in the basement.
There are various shops around the apartment for all races practice including:
- The G20, in front of the apartment: Open daily from 8:30 to 20:30
- The place of Monoprix Franz Litz: Open every day from 9h to 22h, except Sunday from 9am to 13pm
Saint Quentin market at the end of the rue de Chabrol, offers a variety of fresh produce: fruits and vegetables, cheeses, viands, fish, seafood, bakery ....
The products are very good, but the price quite expensive.
The Marché Saint Quentin is open every day except Monday, from 8h to 20h except Sunday or it opens from 8am to 13:30.
One of the most famous chocolatiers of Paris is in the neighborhood, it is the Furet, at 1 rue des Messageries.
You can find 'Nicolas', at the intersection of rue de Chabrol and Boulevard Magenta.
We recommend the breadbasket, 91 rue du Faubourg Poissonnière and 12 rue du 8 mai 45 for bread.
For pastries, choose Michel Ferrand, at the intersection of rue de Chabrol and Lafayette Street.
Bars and Restaurants
'The animals', at the intersection of rue de Chabrol and Rue d'Hauteville, is very nice and very cheap for a drink or eat a plate on the go.
'The Corso' Franz Litz site, serves Italian dishes, but the prices are RELATIVELY expensive.
Traffic and parking in the neighborhood is not easy!
If you are looking for a parking space, do not hesitate to use the Parking Franz Litz, whose access is through the street of small hotels.
