Bright and sunny 2 bedroom house with stunning views of cathedral ledge

Our home is charming and comfortable with roughly 1000 square feet of living space. There is a bathroom and two bedrooms on the lower level. One bedroom has a queen size bed, closet and dresser and the second has two twin beds and a full sized futon as well as a closet, dresser and desk. Upstairs is a skylit open floor plan with a beautifully sized fireplaced family room, dining area and full sized kitchen with double sliders off the family room looking out directly at Cathedral Ledge. There is also a slider off the kitchen with trail access for cross country skiing, snow shoeing, snow mobiling, hiking etc. New carpeting throughout and fully furnished with all the amenities from home. Cable TV and WIFI included. Pets considered.
About Nancy Zina

My husband and I grew up in Hudson MA. We have twin boys who will be 12 in February. We have a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and a kitty (who stays home when we travel to N. Conway). We love to hike, cross country ski, downhill ski, bike, swim, play tennis etc. We also enjoy the different dining and entertainment offerings of the N. Conway area.

Why Nancy Zina chose North Conway

Two of my sisters have owned houses in this neighborhood for quite some time. We happened upon this house on Columbus Day weekend of 2012. The previous owner had done a lot of work and except for a few minor updates (carpeting in bedrooms) it was in 'move in condition'.

What makes this house unique

With two kids, it's sometimes hard to get them in the car to go for a hike, etc. We can walk out our backyard through trails that bring us to Diana's Baths or the access road to the top of Cathedral Ledge. A short walk in the other direction brings us through great trails that lead to Echo Lake and White Horse Ledge. Being 1 mile to N. Conway Main Street makes it a great spot. At our house you feel like your in the woods but yet so close to the happenings in N. Conway and surrounding areas. We love it!!

Nearest Ski : Cranmore at 2 Miles

Very clean, nicely furnished chalet located at the base of Cathedral Ledge and a walk through the woods to Echo Lake. We are a few minutes from North Conway Village with tax-free shopping and dining. The White Mountains National Forest is right in our backyard with a short walk through the woods to Diana's Baths or a walk up to the top of Cathedral Ledge and White Horse ledge. Snowmobile, hike and cross-country ski right from the back door. Swim, bike and rock climb at Echo Lake and famous Cathedral Ledge. Fish, kayak, and canoe the Saco River (one mile away). Horseback riding and sleigh rides within one mile. Several golf courses and Storyland are less then fifteen minutes away. If it is skiing, snowboarding and snow tubing that you love, we are ten minutes from Attitash, Bear Peak, Mount Cranmore and twenty minutes from Wildcat and Brenton Woods. The wonderful colors of fall bring vacationers from all over to enjoy this area.

You will have all the comforts of home and are perfectly located for year-round enjoyment in the North Conway, Mount Washington Valley area.

Great house, clean and well kept. Went here for two nights with a group of 2 couples and went skiing at wildcat. The family is great to deal with as well. Couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommended.

Hidden gem in North Conway

My husband and I spent three nights at this lovely chalet which is located in a perfect area, just a mile or so to the center of North Conway. The home is very comfortable with all the amenities you need--WiFi, TV, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen to cook. The view of Cathedral Ledge from the front deck is beautiful. There are hiking/snowmobile trails located right behind the house which was convenient so we snowshoed each morning with our two labs. (Dog Friendly rental which is great!) We visit the North Conway each season to enjoy the activities that this area offers, so we plan on renting again. Highly recommend this chalet.

Perfect place, perfect location!

My wife and I stayed here for a weekend getaway from the city. It was fantastic! Very warm and cozy place with all the amenities needed to make you feel at home. The owners were very easy to work with and their caring nature could be found in how well the home is maintained and cared for. It's located just a mile away from the North Conway strip of cool shops and restaurants and Mt. Cranmore for skiing/snowboarding. The location is perfect as it’s far away enough for that private mountain feel (you can see Cathedral Ledge out the front windows), but close enough for all the fun and excitement when needed! A much better choice over a hotel stay! We’ll definitely be back!

Great cabin, great weekend!

My friends and I spent a very fun weekend hiking and sledding around North Conway, and this cabin was the perfect place to stay! Cozy, comfortable, and conveniently located; the views were incredible, too – we saw an ice climber as we drank coffee on Saturday morning! Highly recommended.

Incredible weekend, incredible house

Several friends and I spent a weekend here sledding, hiking, and relaxing - and this house is incredible! Very clean, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture and great views (waking up to Cathedral Ledge is spectacular) made this a weekend to remember. Perfect for a family, group of friends, or couples vacation; convenient access to trails, and easy, short drives to Cranmore and North Conway. Highly recommended.
