This beautifully crafted artist townhouse offers two bedrooms with queen-sized beds. The Master Suite has a fireplace to keep you warm and cozy on chilly nights. With comfortable accommodations for four (4) guests, this uniquely designed property is very ideal for couples or family looking for an amazing Seattle escapade. It also has 2 1/2 bathrooms, chef designed kitchen, koi pond and rooftop deck!

From the rooftop, you’ll have an amazing view of Lake Union and Seattle with gorgeous sunsets and sparkling city lights! To give you the feel of nature, we have wall plants on the deck which thrive in Seattle’s weather. On the lower level, you’ll see the artistic touch of this gorgeous home. It displays wide array of painting and great work of arts done by the owner herself. The koi pond in patio area will surely give you a therapeutic relaxation to make you loosen up from a day of fun and excitement.Check out our pictures!

Capitol Hill neighborhood and downtown Seattle have great shopping areas, amazing restaurants, churches, entertainment and a great night life! At The Paramount, ACT Theater, The Tripple Door or many other places you can catch fantastic performances and see live entertainment with big names and big shows! Unique exhibits can be found at the EMP, Frye Art Museum and Seattle Art Museum (SAM), which are all a walk or short ride away. Saint Marks Cathedral is an amazing historic church with beautiful grounds and more.

Located close to downtown an impressive walk to Seattle’s premier shops such as West Lake Center, Pacific Place and Nordstrom. Coffee shops and restaurants are just around the corner. Nearest grocery store is less than 5 minutes walk. Safeway, Trader Joe's and Madison Market are about 5 minutes or less drive or a good 15 to 20 minutes walk.

Hans and Shannon are Seattleites with an amazing an eye for art and design. Shannon is a fantastic artist. They are as unique as their home and love the work they do all over the world.

We fell in love with the location, the spacious kitchen, the views from our bedroom and the roof. Shannon has her painting studio on the lower level where she creates the amazing works of art throughout the home.

What makes this townhome unique

We love the feel of being in the city with a serine escape and that's exactly what our home has become with some love. Our patio has a beautiful koi pond and our roof top deck has wall plants that love our Seattle weather.

Our Artists Townhome is located just off Broadway. Explore the Capitol Hill neighborhood while staying just a blocks away from everything. The grocery store is 3 blocks away from the house and so is the Public Library. Bus lines run by that can take you to the Space Needle the waterfront or Pikes Place Market as well ass many other destinations. The Harvard Exit a local theater, and fantastic restaurants like Poppi are just a block away. You have your choice of local gyms like Golds Gym and Fab 5, 24hr fitness and more all within one mile. Even FedEx and UPS are just a block or two away along with so much more.

My best friend Kendra and I stayed at the Artist’s Townhouse in Seattle, WA. Talk about being in the heart of the city! We felt like we were near every great sight and attraction the entire time. And if we weren’t? It was really easy to navigate the city and get to where we wanted to go. The Artist’s Townhouse, otherwise, is in a fabulous location! In the neighborhood alone stood a grocery store, library, the Harvard Exit Movie Theater, and Saint Marks Cathedral…which I LOVED! We loved the décor and ambience of the Townhouse and just really enjoyed our trip. Thanks!

Artist Townhouse equaled Great Stay

Excellent stay! I recently was in town in Seattle for a business conference and I chose to stay at the Artist’s Townhouse. Why? I travel a lot of for business, so I’m tired of the same standard hotel rooms…which you are lucky are clean. The Artist’s Townhouse, however, was literally like home away from home. Everything was very clean and the décor was very impressive. After a long day of meetings, it was great to relax and cook myself a meal in the large, high-end kitchen. Everything was easy to find and it was really nice to have the option of cooking for myself at my leisure. Highly recommended to those like me who often travel but are tired of hotels!

Comfortable, Modern, Fun - Highly recommended!

My wife and I took our two kids to visit Seattle, WA while we had some time over Christmas break. We were only there a few days, but I think I speak for all when I say we had the time of our lives. The kids loved having their own space as well as games to play on the flat screen TV. My wife and I also enjoyed our own privacy and having a master suite all to ourselves, unlike what you would find in a standard motel room. The Artist’s Townhouse was comfortable, modern, fun, unique, and personable. Highly recommended!

Perfect!

A couple of friends and my girlfriend and I stayed at the Artist’s Townhouse in Seattle, WA while we attending a wedding. We were really impressed! There were four of us total and I was really amazed how well we were able to fit ourselves and our belongings in the Townhouse. We had enough space to sprawl out and take our privacy when we wanted to. My girlfriend and I stayed in the master suite, and she ADORED the fireplace! That might have been her favorite part. My guy friend and I enjoyed having games to play on the flat screen TV. The ladies, of course, ooh-ed and ah-ed over the extremely spacious and modern chef’s kitchen. It was like home away from home for all of us. Can’t wait to visit again.

"Three close girlfriends and I stayed a long weekend in Seattle before the holidays. We were absolutely thrilled with the city and the Artist’s Townhouse! We were in a great area, and anything we wanted to see/visit that was too far of a walk, we were able to take public transit. The bus lines were really easy to figure out and the Townhouse is only three blocks from the nearest stop. We were able to easily get to all the restaurants we wanted to try as well as sightsee. Great stay, great location!
