After a long hot day at the beach pick up some local fresh vegetables at a Fairview Farms on your ride home. Cook a fabulous dinner on your choice of gas or charcoal grill and relax with a glass of local wine on the back patio with friends or a good book. Or have dinner at any one of dozens of wonderful restaurants in Bridgehampton, Southampton, or Sag Harbor. 75 Narod is a lovely, sunny, happy place for beach lovers who want to live the simple and quiet Hampton life if only for a few months.

About The Owner

My wife and I own a graphic design and marketing firm. I have a culinary degree so I love to cook. We have a small (17 pounds) Cockapoo and would be agreeable to a renter having a similar hypoallergenic dog. We love to read, enjoy good wines, cooking and entertaining our friends.

The Owner purchased this cottage in 1999
Why The Owner chose Water Mill

We bought this 1/3 acre property because we loved the landscaping and the old character and charm of the the original 1920s house which we have tried to maintain while also adding some modern amenities. We love riding our bikes and spending time at the beach. We love our beach home, I think you will too!

What makes this cottage unique

If you wanted to you could never drive more than 3 miles to purchase anything. On the other hand you could drive to Montauk for dinner or fishing. We have rights to a small dock down the street where you can launch a Kayak and row to the beach. One of my favorite things to do is to in the early morning is to make some coffee and bring our puppy to the beach before 9AM, and let her run like crazy. Then we come back and make the family breakfast and get ready for a full day of beach and sun and body surfing and volleyball. We also love to bring dinner to the beach and make a fire and roast marshmallows and watch the sun set. (Bring a flash light! HA!)
