Relax on the huge balcony overlooking the ocean in this spacious, two bedroom, two bath, third floor, beachfront condo--elevator is just 30 feet from the unit's front door. Take a break from the ocean with a dip in the outdoor pool. This unit was just painted, renovated and refurnished in January 2013--$10,000.00 WORTH OF UPDATES. The condo has a king-sized master bedroom with its own balcony access and a private bathroom. The guest bedroom contains one twin bed and one double bed that can sleep children separately or be placed together forming an over-sized second king bed for adults. The guest bedroom also features its own bathroom and shower.

The kitchen is fully furnished to allow home cooked meals and you can minimize your workload by taking advantage of the unit's dishwasher. There is ample room to sit and eat comfortably at either the breakfast bar or dining table.

Fine dining and shopping are both just minutes away.

For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer in this unit to prevent trips to an outside washer/dryer facility.

About Owner/Property Manager

My wife and I were born, raised and currently live in Pennsylvania. We have two school-aged daughters Erica and Holly who love to travel with us on vacation. We fell in love with North Myrtle Beach and decided to buy our own ocean front condo. Our best friends from high school live just minutes away from our condo and they are able to keep our unit exceptionally clean and in great shape all year.

What makes this condo unique

The third floor location allows for beautiful views but is not so high as to make you afraid to stand out on the balcony. The elevator for the building is within 30 feet of the front door--your luggage burden will be minimal. This condo's balcony is the largest in North Myrtle Beach and offers access from the living room as well as the master bedroom.

We definitely enjoyed our stay. The condo was furnished beautifully and there is a wonderful view of the ocean from the large balcony. The location is excellent for restaurants, shopping, theaters for the wonderful shows and, of course, many golf courses. We would absolutely recommend a stay to friends and would definitely enjoy staying again!

This Place Has It All

We stayed in this condo for one week in April, 2013 with friends. It's spacious, nicely furnished in "beachy" style and cheerful; the view from the balcony is fantastic. The location is close to the elevator so that we were able to come and go easily. It's such a short walk to and from the beach that you do not have to pack up for the whole day. It's easy to just walk back if you forget anything. My husband and his friend were able to set up golf tee times easily with the wireless internet that is available and there are plenty of courses close to the condo. We were very comfortable there. There are so many attractions and good restaurants close-by that we did not have time to visit them all. We'll save that for next time.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Romantic Getaway

Really enjoyed this condo. We spent so much time relaxing on the large, oceanfront porch! The unit was very clean and comfortable and had great amenities like the iPod dock speakers! The condo was walking distance from a great cheeseburger joint and so close to entertainment and shopping. We will definitely be back again!

Thanks so much for helping my friends and I out once again! We had a blast!

We really enjoyed our stay at Crescent Sands E3. It was comfortable and clean with a beautiful view of the beach from an ample sized balcony. We were the first to use the brand new beach chairs which were included in the beach toys & supplies for this condo. Having a small stack-able washer & dryer within the unit was a definite plus. Love the key-less entry. We would definitely recommend this condo to friends!
