A few small issues, but really great!

My sister and I (early 20s) stayed at the condo for 17 days and it was perfect for us. It's exactly as pictured and really comfortable. Check-in with Anny was very easy; she was helpful with orienting us in the area, always available via email if we had a question, and even dropped us at the supermarket after we arrived.

The condo is in a great location, not so much 5 minutes from the beach, but a close enough walk. Superlama is about 5 minutes away for a big grocery shop. We made the terrible mistake of taking a taxi the first time - $15 for a 2.5km drive. I'd recommend taking two backpacks (maybe also a couple reusable bags) and grabbing a moto. You should pay around 100 pesos each way. After that there are small grocery shops, fruit stands, and a great bakery all within about 5-7 minutes walking.

We did have a couple issues, mainly with the electricity and the water and that wasn't the fault of anyone in particular. The toilet in the main bathroom can be a bit finicky flushing and the freezer has a tendency to drip a lot of water randomly on the floor in the kitchen. The internet is also super flaky - sometimes you get it, sometimes not, and the bedrooms pretty much never have internet access. If you have a router with a sim card, that's definitely a good thing to bring.

For those wondering about electricity, for our 17 days we ended up paying $55. We used the fans most of the time we were home and the A/C sporadically when necessary.

One last thing: the couch in the condo is fantastic. Whenever our friends came over their pretty much lived on it. It reclines and stretches back to lay nearly flat. Super comfy for relaxing!!

All in all really good and I would definitely stay here again.

The condo is on the 3rd floor with a private rooftop terrace. Easy access to pool and walking distance to nearby beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies and medical offices. Los Corales Beach and El Cortecito Beach free access. Both beach areas are within 300 meters or a short walk of about 5-6 minutes. The condo has high ceilings, high efficiency AC units, perfect amount of natural light, excellent cross ventilation and great sunset views from the balcony. Please ask about our excursions and transportation to/from airport.
