Sleeps 6, Across the street from beach, large roof deck.

Atlantic Avenue beach house across the street from beautiful sandy Wells Beach. Ocean and Marsh views from the large rooftop deck. Public way to the beach is a 15 second walk. New kitchen with granite counter tops. Breakfast bar to seat 4. High end newer furniture. All laminated beautiful wood floors. Bedroom 1 has queen bed. Bedroom 2 has full trundle bed with twin under. Pull out sleep sofa with high end mattress on porch that is very private. 4 TVs in home. Free wireless internet, linens and bath towels provided. 2 beach chairs and toys provided.

Rooftop deck has amazing ocean and beach views (children allowed on only with an adult) Fenced in back yard for private cookouts. Outside hot/cold shower. Large Weber gas grill. Parking for 4 cars.

All new bedding 2012 high end mattresses.
