Overlooking the lake and 13th hole of the prestigious and private Thunderbird Country Club Golf Course, with the mountains as a dramatic backdrop, this gorgeous remodeled home is in the best part of Rancho Mirage and offers lots of privacy and many upgrades and amenities, including 2 master bedrooms, and plenty of space to share and entertain, indoors and out, on the large covered patio and around the pool.

The living/dining room features comfortable furnishings and HDTV with premium movie channels, ceramic tile floors, sliding glass doors with automatic blinds and a cozy fireplace to enjoy desert evenings.

The West master bedroom suite has a wall of windows that look out to the view and a luxurious master bath with dual vanity, lots of marble, a shower with 2 rain heads and a claw foot tub. The East master bedroom features its own ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and step in shower, and its private access to the pool and yard. Both bedrooms feature King beds and flat screen TV’s.

The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops, new cabinetry, recessed lighting, roll around island and is well stocked for cooking and entertaining.
