4 Bed/3 Bath Cabin, 2800 Sq. Feet, Hot Tub, 2 Acres, Sleeps 14

For rent is a 4 bed/3 bath 2,800 sq. foot cabin on two acres in a desirable location 30 minutes from Park City Utah. It can sleep 14 easily. It is in a secluded gated community in the mountains yet only 10-15 minutes to major shopping stores and the town. The cabin is within 30 minutes of the three major ski resorts in Park City (Park City Ski Resort, Deer Valley, and The Canyons), Soldier Hollow (cross-country skiing) and Sundance Ski Resort. It is about 40 minutes to Salt Lake City and about an hour or so from other major ski resorts near SLC. It is about 50 minutes from the SLC airport.

The home has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a television room, two large family rooms with fireplaces, a game room, a laundry room, an office, walk-in closets, and a hot tub. There are heated floors in the main level bathroom and TV room. There is one king bed, one queen bed, two full beds, one bunk bed and one single bed. An inflatable queen mattress is available upon request. There is a nice deck that wraps around the entire cabin and a private boardwalk that goes around one acre of land. In the winter the main roads are plowed to the cabin. There is a high-end snow blower in the shed if needed to clear the driveway.

The cabin is great for kids and has toys, gaming systems, a crib or high chair if requested, and more. There is a high speed internet connection and local phone. Maid service is available if you wish to pay for it. We have some skis/snowboards, bikes, dutch ovens, snow sleds, and camping gear you are welcome to use if requested.

Please no Smoking in the home and no Pets.

About Eric

Our family is Eric, Mindy, Eli, Chase and Lucas. Eric's job is making websites and internet marketing through his own business. Mindy is a stay at home mother. Mindy used to work as a social worker helping parents and teenagers get a long better, but 5 years ago she quit her job to stay home with the kids.

Our family loves hiking, camping, fishing, shopping, movies, spending time with family, eating/cooking, skiing, computers, reading, etc. Eric speaks Korean and Mindy speaks some German.

50% deposit upon reservation, 50% due 24 hours before arrival. 100% refund of cancellations within 30 days or more of reservation. 50% refund for any cancellations 0-30 days before reservation date commences.
Fees And Taxes Taxes included in rental rates. For any stay of any length a one time $150 cleaning fee applies. $49 damage protection fee per stay for 7 days or less required, or $89 for stays 8 days or more. Holidays and special events (Sundance) are $400/night +/- several days before and after a holiday.

Great Cabin, Fun Stay

My family had a blast staying at this cabin! We were there the end of summer for a weekend. We went on a drive up the mountains and saw a mother and baby moose, a couple hawks and deer. We hiked around some trails and played in open fields. My boys loved playing on the board walk and the big patio that wraps around the cabin. At night we turned off all the lights to play one of our favorite games, hide and go seek in the dark, and wow, was it dark! It seemed like you could see every star in the sky. The hot tub was relaxing and we had fun playing with the foos ball table too. The cabin is quite spacious, clean and well kept, exactly like the pictures. It is short drive to the town which has a fun crater that we swam in (through a resort) and our most favorite Mexican Restaurant ever- Tarahumara, which has an awesome bakery too. The owners were wonderful to work with. We would definitely stay there again.

Great time in the mountains

My family and I spent the weekend at this great cabin a month or so ago. The cabin is beautiful and very well maintained. It is comfortable and warm - the kitchen, hot tub, bathrooms, TV and internet all worked great. My kids spent hours outside, running around the boardwalk and playing in the trees. We took a nice drive up in the mountains to a lake and enjoyed the scenery. We cooked some nice meals, soaked in the hot tub, and slept in.

We're looking forward to getting up there again. The owners are very friendly and easy to work with. We would definitely recommend this experience to anyone interested.

Beautiful Cabin in Rocky Mountains

My wife and I spent the weekend at this wonderful cabin. IT is only about 15 minutes from the town. The hot tub was great because it was starting to get cold. There are tons of trails and we enjoyed the mountains. If you have four wheelers, jeeps, snowmobiles or side by sides it is right in the middle of thousands of miles of trails. The cabin is in great shape and a great find. We will be going back with our whole families.

The Cabin was a fantastic place to holiday as a family. Spacious, beautifully decorated, clean and tidy and well appointed. It had everything we needed and more - wonderful views, great outside space, HOT TUB, and a town close by with all shops etc required and 20 minutes from GREAT skiing! However there was also tubing, cross country skiing, ice skating, sledding, etc etc to break up ski trips. PERFECT.
Eric was the ideal host providing us with all info needed and even swapping over cars when snow dumped heavy on us.
Would recommend highly in all respects! We have house swapped three/four times a year for 25 years all over the world and this has been one of the best!
