Brand-new patio, outdoor shower with dressing room, grill, fire pit, large dining table in back. Hardwood floors throughout, two-car garage, large flat-screen TV, central AC, iPod speaker, WiFi, washer/dryer. Master bedroom has sliders outside and en-suite full bath.

NO PETS, NO SMOKING. Friday to Friday rental.

Located in East Orleans, you have all the activities the Lower Cape has to offer close at hand. Ocean and bay beaches, Pilgrim and Crystal Lakes (perfect for small children), East Orleans Village with Joe's Bar & Grill, The Nauset Beach Club Restaurant, Zia's for Homemade Pizza, the famous Sundae School for ice cream, Nauset Farms for your aged beef and groceries plus wine, The Last Stop Deli for sandwiches to take out to Nauset Beach and small shops for souvenirs.
