Fabulous new construction in the fall of 2012! All the bells and whistles in this pristine 2nd floor 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo with a roof top deck as well as a terrific front porch! Upgrades galore, bring the family to be pleasantly surprised by the professional designer decorating! Please note the bunk bed is actually a double over double!

This property is in a central location close to boardwalk amusements, shopping, and restaurants. Downtown shopping is also close. There is a municipal golf course in the area along with the Ocean City airport. Access in and out of Ocean City is by the 9th Street causeway.

This property is located in Ocean City, New Jersey, America's greatest family resort. Ocean City is a family oriented resort town located on an island along the Atlantic Ocean about 20 minutes south of the Atlantic City casinos. Most of our beaches are lifeguard protected in the summer. There is a bayfront area for watersports, fishing charters, and boat rentals. We have a 2.5 mile boardwalk with amusement piers, shopping, and restaurants. There is a music pier entertainment venue built out over the ocean for concerts and other events.

My family has been vacationing in Ocean City NJ for over 15 years and simply fell in love with the island. We decided to invest in this beautiful resort town and are very excited to be sharing with other families.

What makes this condo unique

We fell in love with this property at first site. It has all the little custom touches that add warmth and a feeling of being home along with all the bells and whistles that come with new construction (granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled bathrooms). In addition, it has been professionally furnished and decorated adding to the beauty and charm.
