Perfect for the weekend getaway or vacation, this cozy chalet has 2 bedrooms and a private hot tub that overlooks a stream, a meadow and the mountain.

Perfect for the weekend getaway or vacation, this cozy chalet has 2 bedrooms and a private hot tub that overlooks a stream, a meadow and the mountain. Classic chalet with hardwood floors, beamed ceiling and paneling give this classic chalet it's mountain feel. Renovated bath, down comforters, flat screen tv and WIFI, plus the private hot tub on the back deck, bring it up to present day. The main living area is downstairs where the living room, dining and kitchen are all open to each other, providing a great space to socialize. Up the spiral staircase to the second floor and both bedrooms. Each bedroom has a queen bed. A full bath sits between the two bedrooms. Amenities include washer/dryer, flat screen tv, WIFI and private hot tub. Physical address is 1419 Chinquapin. Parking for 2 cars. VR Permit # 1813

Great weekend getaway in a fabulous South Shore location

From beginning to end, my vacation rental experience with Accommodation Station and the Chinquapin Chalet was great! The cabin was in a great South Shore location, just a short drive to all activities and destinations. I will absolutely be returning to this chalet again soon.

So much to say...well let's do it simple : the house was so roomy, cosy, clean, quiet, well-appointed, well-decorated, in a good location with a fabulous garden (a little hill for our little 5 years old girl) that we didn't want to leave !!! we stayed 3 days more in this winter paradise. Stressless also because our girl can play in the safe garden while we enjoyed the terrace and the huge jacuzzi ! the owner made a very good job and we will for sure come back as soon as possible ! thank you for making our first trip to tahoe a wonderfull time !

The property was in a great location with a beautiful view from the kitchen and hot tub! There were 2 couples staying, which was perfect for the size of the cabin! There are some parts of the cabin which look to be improving, with visible improvements already having been made. I think if the cabin continues in that direction, it would be perfect and this cabin would become even more fantastic! There was a slight issue with the gas fireplace not lighting, but maintenance came out to address this situation without hesitation (appreciated!). All necessary items to have a quite stay are provided and the property was very clean (huge bonus for me)! My weekend trip was ideal and actually wanted to stay longer...I would definitely stay in this property again!
