The villa is a luxury four bedroomed, single storey, fully air conditioned property.

The private, South facing, screened pool has internal lighting, and overlooks a natural lake. Sun recliners and luxury patio furniture are situated around the pool.
The pool is larger than average and has electric heating if required in the cooler winter months. (Extra charge does apply for pool heating).
There is also a covered outside Lanai which is cooled by a ceiling fan.
A gas BBQ is also available for your use.
The view over the lake provides a very tranquil setting. It is the perfect place to cool off after a long hot day.
Relax and watch the heron fishing and eagles flying overhead. Occasionally you may see turtles and otters in the bass filled lake.
The property is fully maintained by a local management company, who are always available to assist you during your stay.
