The Loft features four bedrooms with queen beds + a loft with a queen and a sofa sleeper, two full bathrooms and a half (with a shower) and easily sleeps up to nine people. The rental also boasts a fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, one complimentary parking spot, central air conditioning, free cable and Wi-Fi, pool access, and cathedral ceilings in its bright and airy living room.

About Sandeep Nanda

I grew up in Dallas and currently live in Austin. I moved here from Las Vegas where I was most recently the Vice President of National Marketing at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. Prior to that I spend several years working for casino/hotel companies so I understand what people are looking for when they make a lodging choice.

I went to Yale University and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

I have been married since December 2003 and I have a son who was born in 2005.

5 Stars! ***** This condo was in a great spot, walking distance from anywhere you want to go in Austin. It sleeps several people so it was perfect for a group of nine here for a bachelorette party. It would have been great to have one additional toilet, the half bath upstairs was actually a shower without a toilet and a little awkward. We had so much fun on this trip and would definitely recommend this place!

LOVED STAYING HERE!

The condo was EXACTLY as described. Our board of directors for Five Doors Real Estate stayed here for the Keller Williams Mega Agent Camp. The proximity to the convention center was perfect and the condo was large enough to stretch out and not feel cramped. It was ideal for a meeting and planning place for our company! Thanks so much!

Austin is much more spread out than our group had anticipated. The condo was centrally located and cabs/ubers easily and quickly picked us up. Additionally, if you are a walker everything is about a 1 - 2 mile walk away. The area is very safe and clean.

The apartment was spacious and never felt crowded. It could use one more couch, but other than that everything was great!

The owner was really nice and flexible with the check in time as well.

Great location. This is perfect for a group because all doors have keyless entry. It is very close to the bus station and you can pay $1.50 to get to and from the airport.
