Just 10mins from downtown Brooklyn where you can enjoy a variety of entertainment, dining and shopping options, these include Brooklyn’s newest attraction the Barclay Center, the home of the Brooklyn Nets, the world famous Junior’s Cheese Cake Factory and the Atlantic and Fulton Malls amongst many other attractions. We crossed of beautiful holidays in a beautiful city.
We thank you for your nice and warm welcome.
We were very enjoying living a few days in Brooklyn,
The flat was very nice and the district is very quiet
We hope we come back again in New York and we shall live in this nice apartment.

Good place to stay only 1 issue

I never got a reply when I asked about my deposit, Outside of that it was clean and everything was just as described in the add. Very friendly service, and the property was well maintained.
Owner's Response: Dear potential renters, there is a $49 non refundable payment for damage insurance. This is paid in addition to the nightly rate and cleaning fee. If there is a cancellation , refunds are returned based on the cancellation agreement that you receive before you book. We do not take deposits other than the deposit you make to book the loft. thank you for your interest in our loft.

I have rented from HomeAway several times and this is one of the nicest properties I have stayed in by far. Very clean and looks just like if not better then the pictures. I have referred my friends and family who will be traveling to New York to tis apartment. Its close to the subway and only a few stops to the city. And its only a few blocks away from the trendy and hipster stops in Brooklyn! Now that the Wi-Fi up and ready I give this place 5 stars! Will definitely be back this summer. Thanks to Tina and the property owner for the great experience!!!

I must say, it was a very very clean place, I stayed with my wife. She loved the new appliances. Extremely quiet neighborhood, and the service was great. I'd definitly stay there again.
