This 2 bedroom/2 bath condo has a large, comfortable living room with a gas fireplace, TV and an entrance to the patio, where you’ll find a grill. You also enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area with seating for up to 10 people.

The condo was clean and as described. Older looking and definitely old appliances (tv, kitchen, etc) but works well for value oriented customers like myself. Short walk to Quicklsilver lift and to hot tub.

Renting from Summit Rentals was easy and the staff was professional. Columbine 104 was spacious and quiet. Very easy and quick walk to the quicksilver lift. We had a very enjoyable time there.

I stayed in Columbine in December 2012 and it was a much more updated condo than the one I recently stayed at (104). 104 was in need of some updates and general maintenance. The location is one of the best in Breck in my opinion. I would suggest Colombine Condos and Summit Mountain Rentails to anyone, just be sure to ask for an updated room or a discount on this one.
