Snoqualmie With its many trail heads and ski slopes Snoqualmie Pass is a popular area for all kinds of outdoor recreation including camping, backpacking, hiking, mountain biking, downhill and cross-country skiing and snowboarding. Whether winter or summer there is plenty to do at The Summer time. Snoqualmie Pass is bordered in part by the Mount Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest which expands over 140 miles of the Cascade Mountains. It is also bordered, on the eastern slopes of the Cascade Mountains, by the Wenatchee National Forest which encompasses over 2 million acres.

We had a great time at this cabin for the second time in two consecutive years! We stayed for a week both times. The cabin is huge, three levels and very clean and comfortable. The pictures on this web site are outdated. There are comfortable brown leather couches in living room , a comfortable double futon couch/bed , a flat screen TV and plenty of comfortable Beds for a large group. Everything is with-in walking distance ,the slopes, the pro sledding hill and there is also sledding around the cabin. All of the appliances worked for us and there were 0 broken chairs. The place was perfect! It was great fun to wake up and watch the cars filling the parking lot as we took our time getting ready to hit the slopes. If you like the snow and wear boots it is no problem carrying the bags up the snowy pathway to the cabin!

First there is no parking spot at the cabin. You have to walk all your stuff up a slippery hill to get to the cabin. The microwave and fireplace did not work. Several of the dining room chairs were broken or had been glued back together and weren't in good shape. There are many cosmetic flaws and the t.v. in the main room is small. The t.v. in the bedroom had no cable and was even smaller. The noise from the people renting the other rooms was very disturbing. The location is good and close to the slopes you just have to go up and down the hill from the cabin. I would recommend spending a little more to get a better cabin.
