South Seas Beach Villa 2528

Beach Villa 2528 is a Two bedroom, two bathroom direct gulf front condo located in building 2500 on the second floor with elevator in the building. Offers King, two twins and sleeper sofa in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen with Keurig Coffee Maker and free K Cups, Living room with 46” Flat panel TV, Blue Ray DVD Player and Samsung sound bar, Two additional flat panel TV’s and screened in porch.

This unit comes equipped with bed/bath linens, Beach Towels and Beach Equipment. Coin operated laundry facilities are located on the ground level in the building.

This unit is a privately owned property located within the gates of South Seas Resort and is not subject to the main resort amenities. However, you do have access to the three Beach Villa Pools and BBQ Grills. Tennis Can be arranged for an additional fee.
