Otter Banks Main House

Located off of Captiva Drive directly on the bay, the Otter Banks Estate is a newly refurbished property offering a main house and guest house. The Otter Banks Estate offers a private boat dock, pool, Two Gas BBQ Grills and is located within walking distance to the beach. The Main House offers 6 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, gourmet kitchen, 7 TV's, 7 DVD Players and high-speed wireless internet access. Pets are allowed with a $225.00 plus tax non-refundable pet fee. Weddings/events are allowed on the property up to 100 people with a $2500.00 plus tax event fee. Can accommodate up to 14 people. Otter Banks Guest House is also available to sleep an additional six people.
