Enjoy the great views from this home's 700 sq ft deck complete with Adirondack chairs, Restoration Hardware dining/patio set, and grill for outdoor entertaining. Large fenced in back yard perfect for children. Enjoy the boat traffic in Narragansett Bay and views from almost every room. Bike to the community's private Kelly Beach or take the beach bus, 10 min drive to Narragansett Beach. New owners have remodeled and added Electrolux stainless appliances, new cabinets, granite, bath upgrades,cherry hardwood floors throughout, 40' flat screen, internet, new furniture, fenced in yard, and outdoor shower. Pictures during renovation but new ones will be posted. A clean designer home. Parking for 4 cars in driveway as Bonnet doesn't allow street parking which make it a quiet neighborhood/private beach. Garage for beach chairs, cooler, bikes, and addt'l storage. Make yourself at home in this comfortable and charming vacation residence
