Located in the Heart of the Village, this home is perfect for families. Captiva Landing offers 5 bedrooms/5 bathrooms, private heated pool, 6 TV's, 6 DVD Players, and high-speed internet. There is a small kitchen/wet bar off the pool area and a Gas Grill. This home is located within walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants in the Village of Captiva on Andy Rosse Lane. Accommodates up to 10 people. Will accept one pet with a $225.00 plus tax non-refundable pet fee.
