Captiva Beach Villa Ark

Gorgeous sunset views await you from this Gulf front complex. Located on a narrow stretch of Captiva Island, this luxury three bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom townhome has 2320 sq. ft of living space. 3 TV's, 3 VCR's, 3 DVD's, High-Speed Internet and washer/dryer. Master Bedroom located upstairs. The main level offers one large room with a combination living room/dining area/TV area. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Toward the back of the main level are two bedrooms, each with french doors opening to the lanai. One bedroom is furnished with a king bed and the other as two XL twins with twin trundles. Captiva Beach Villas is a four unit complex that offers boat dock, BBQ grill area with tiki hut, and a heated swimming pool.

The "Ark" unit can accommodate up to 8 people. Boat dockage can hold a boat up to 26 feet. Power and water available at the dock.
