Beach House 4

Enjoy stunning beach front views from this private home located on Captiva Island.

Beach Home 4 is a Three bedroom, three bathroom plus loft home located directly on the Gulf of Mexico.

Lower level offers the Master bedroom with King Bed, flat panel TV and attached bathroom with soaking tub and walk in shower. Small, screened in porch with seating for 2. The second bedroom offers two twins and TV. Hallway bathroom with tub/shower combination. There is a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer and living room with flat panel TV, DVD Player and nice, tropical furnishings.

The upper level offers an open loft overlooking the living area, open sundeck for lounging with beach views, desk area and the third bedroom with Two Twin Beds, TV and full bathroom.

Off the lower living level is a nice, expansive screened in porch with direct beach front views and outdoor furniture for dining and/or lounging. Also offers high-speed wireless internet access, bed/bath linens, starter kit with bath soap, facial and toilet tissue, paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent and garbage bags.

The Beach Homes are located on Captiva Island and offer beach access, parking, community pool and BBQ Grills available for your use.

This property does require a seven night minimum and can accommodate up to 6 people.
