About Lisa M. Charest
Greetings! I grew up on pass-a-grille but I now live in downtown st. Petersburg where my daughter goes to school. I compete in triathlons (swimming, running and bicycling) for fun. We have three dogs (poodle and a 2 golden retrievers) and try to live simply by enjoying all the wonderful activities in our area such as the Dali museum, bicycling on our 80 mile bike path, and windsurfing.
Lisa M. Charest purchased this cottage in 1975
Why Lisa M. Charest chose St Pete Beach
I love this beach house. I personally redid most of the house. We lived there for a while as it is such a wonderful area, however daily demands called me away from the beach so I chose to make life easier and move closer to my daughters school. The beach house is easy to get to from the airport and an easy trip to adventures in downtown St Pete, Tampa or Orlando. The best part of this beach house though is the peace that it brings to those who vacation there, the shelling, walking on the beach or just listening to nature. I invite you to live in this beautiful setting and enjoy the comfort of Pass a Grille beach. Even if you only stay for a week you will leave with sunsets on your mind and the horizon and open air in you heart. Enjoy!
What makes this cottage unique
Breakfast nooks. Like the seahorse restaurant, are enticing and quaint and only blocks away. Cute shops and boutiques run along 8th ave, one of the smallest shopping streets in the us, and are made for strolling along. Pass a grille beach is mostly a residential and very quiet beach. It is perfect for a life made for walking, rollerblading, cycling or swimming. The beach house is only a few steps from our beach trolley stop and the trolly can take you to wherever you want to go.. Or you can just stay, enjoy the sea spray, the sea grapes and the local restaurants as they entice all who come to this area. Enjoy the local craftsman shop, nancy markoe gallery, for local pottery or jewelry to take home. Above all enjoy the sunset and the sunrise as on a peninsula water is all around to reflect the suns rays and shine with warmth on each glorious day.
Guestbook comments from the manager
This house was light and bright and airy and everything was nice and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with all you would need for a stay. Everything worked and the AC did its job. And there were plenty of towels. The unit had been recently refurbished and some careful thought had gone into it as everything fitted neatly into its space and because of that, it gave an increase sense of space and tidiness. The location was terrific as it was a simple two minute walk to the beautiful sands of Pass a Grille Beach. Car parking was right outside the rear door. If you are after an agreeable rental, in a lovely quite location but no distance at all from all the amenities St Pete Beach offers, and easy access to the surrounding area, look no further.
