Lovely Ranch Cape With Recent Renovations including central air conditioning

This is a delightful 3 bedroom/ 2 bath ranch style home renovated in 2012 to include a new master bathroom and a separate laundry room with washer and dryer, all conveniently situated on one level. Additional renovations now underway include a completely remodeled main bathroom, a remodeled kitchen with all new cabinetry and stainless steel appliances and a rebuilt porch that while retaining the feel of a summer porch will also allow for year round enjoyment. A large new deck will provide additional space for those who enjoy outdoor eating or simply relaxing in the summer sun. Also being installed is a gas fireplace for those brisk early season nights. The house is situated on a quiet residential lane within walking distance of three lovely and quiet beaches, perfect for young families. An unusually large back yard provides a nice relaxing setting. Two bedrooms contain queen beds while the third has twin beds. Fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, sink and gas oven/stove as well as a dishwasher and microwave (all new). Cable TV and WiFi included. New Central Air Conditioning.

Julie and I very much enjoyed your home. Your home is spacious and immaculate; very clean and uncluttered. The porch is my favorite room; comfortable and conducive to reading and relaxation. My son Andrew and his wife Theresa liked relaxing in the hammock. We often took advantage of your grill. I made or heated several dinners on the grill such as lobster tail with steak and corn, scallop kabobs with scallops from the Chatham Fish Pier and a seafood casserole from Marion's Pie Shop. The location of your home is perfect. From your home it was a short walk to one of three beautiful beaches on Natucket Sound, and a short bike ride to Holy Trinity Church. Your home is conveniently located near the Cape Cod Rail Trail. I often rode my bike to the Caoe Cod Rail Trail in the early morning and enjoyed scenic rides across The Cape. Also a short distance away is Woolfies Bakery for tasty, tasty, but very naughty treats. Julie and I thank you for sharing your home.

Great place to get away from it all. House was very clean, has all the essentials (great outdoor shower), quite neighborhood and a short stroll to the beach(s). Looking forward to coming back next year!

Great House Great Location

We returned again for our second year. This house is great – close to the beach in a quiet neighborhood, with easy access to shops and restaurants. We truly enjoyed the great screened in porch where we watched a variety of birds in the large back yard. There is a large outdoor shower and the master bedroom has large walk in shower for easy access. Thanks to the very responsive owners we enjoyed this very clean, comfortable house with family and friends and plan to return again next year.

2nd Vacation

This the second year in a row my family and I stayed in this house. The location is perfect. The house is always very clean upon our arrival. We are so close to the beach which is a plus. We are close to Harwich Port harbor for deep sea fishing, 5 minute drive. Traffic can be pretty bad in the summer at the cape. But this area for some reason is not that bad. The outdoor shower is also very nice.

A memorable vacation in a memorable home!

The perfect mix of vintage cape cod and understated luxury. Retro porch with "just enough" ocean memorabilia was perfect for starting and ending long memorable days. Best location we rented by far & we are annual cape cod-ahs. Doesn't get any better than walking to the beach! Highly recommend Lower County Rd Woolfies Bakery to start your day and Sundae School (homemade ice cream) to end it!The only improvement it could use is more kitchen counter space.
