Rocky Retreat 1 is a stone-built exclusive property constructed by owner in 2011. The villa is the place for those seeking a hidden gem. Located in a privileged and secluded position on top of Agrari Beach (one of the best Mykonian beaches), Rocky Retreat 1 provides tranquility, stunning sea views and total privacy.

A private path leads in 5 minutes directly to the beach. The 4.500 sq.m. private land of the property, located on a dead-end small street, is offering a peaceful surrounding.

The villa's charming interior is a combination of minimal architecture with provincial beach house elements.

A fully equipped open-plan kitchen with modern appliances, gives onto a living-sitting space directly accessing the water-front swimming pool and its wide terraces.

Placed in front of the villa is a private lagoon-like infinity swimming pool, next to a large wooden shaded pergola.

On the back of the villa a beautiful dining area + traditional wood fire BBQ offers the perfect entertaining area.

Great Value for large groups. Amazing location.

A friend of mine suggested me to book the Rocky Retreat 1 villa, so I did, and it was best decision I have ever made for accommodation.

Everything was perfect! The villa was amazing with an unbelievable view of the Agrari beach just in front. It is located just 200 meters away from the water. Rocky Retreat 1 combines a very luxury and traditional style and is located in a very private place (road dead end). The staff was very helpful and there wasn't anything that they couldn't provide to us. I certainly recommend this villa and I will be very happy to go there again!

WE HAVE JUST ENJOYED A FANTASTIC HOLIDAY STAYING AT ROCKYRETREAT 1. THE VILLA IS FULL OF CHARACTER AND WELL EQUIPPED WITH EVERYTHING YOU COULD POSSIBLY WANT OR NEED ON HOLIDAY.

THE VILLA IS HIDDEN AWAY ON A DEAD END TO OFFER TOTAL PRIVACY.
WE HAVE BEEN VISITING MYKONOS FOR YEARS AND ROCKYRETREAT1 IS DEFINITELY THE MOST RELAXING TRIP WE HAVE ENJOYED ON THE ISLAND.
MY WIFE HAS ENSURED THAT THE VILLA FEELS LIKE HOME. SO MUCH IN FACT THE WE DIDN’T WANT TO RETURN TO OUR OWN.

I WOULD HAVE NO HESITATION IN RECOMMENDING THE VILLA FOR FAMILIES (OR EQUALLY A PARTY OF FRIENDS). WE HAVE SMALL CHILDREN WHO ENJOYED THE POOL WHILST THE SPACIOUS LAYOUT OF THE VILLA AND GROUNDS MEANT THERE WAS ALWAYS AN AREA TO FIND SOME PEACE.
