This is a 750 sq. ft , privately owned cabin in a gated community in Breckenridge. The cabin has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and an enclosed (safe) private sleeping loft with its own heating/AC that makes the loft noise-free. This is a rare accommodation within Tiger Run Resort.
The cozy cabin is one of the largest properties and cabins within the resort and one of the few cabins on the Swan River. You have private access to the river from our cabin. In the summer, sleep with your windows open and let the river lull you to sleep.
We recently covered the cozy cabin's back deck with a hand-hewn log motif. It's furnished with comfy cushioned furniture for eating and relaxing while you listen to the river and enjoy your view of the 10-Mile Mountain Range. The back of the cozy cabin also boasts a new stamped concrete propane firepit. We have a large outdoor grill with a stovetop. The back is extremely private with recent landscaping. The cabin has lots of lawn and room to stretch, sun, or build a snowman or igloo! The front has a 4 person swing and a small covered deck.
It also is one of the few cabins, within the resort, with sweeping views of the 10-Mile Mountain Range from the living room, covered back deck, back lawn river firepit.
The cozy cabin was newly remodeled in 2009 with designer touches and is located in the quietest and nicest section of the Resort. This cabin is not over-rented and is mostly used by our family. We have a cleaning company, off-site, that cleans the linens commercially, and scrubs the unit after each use--immaculate :)
The resort has access to the Colorado Trail, with its own trailhead within the resort, for hiking and mountain biking. You can enjoy hundreds of miles of paved bike trails, through downtown and greater Breckenridge, Frisco, Copper and Vail Mountain , by hopping on your bike from our cabin and crossing the Rt. 9 highway. The community has a large indoor heated pool with (2) hot tubs. The pool’s clubhouse has a game room, a workout room, men’s & women’s showers with lockers, and a big screen T.V. room.
The resort also has two outdoor tennis courts, a kid’s playground, outdoor sand volleyball court, and outdoor grills and tables. Breckenridge's Public Golf course is across the street. It's a 27-hole Jack Nicholas designed course.
Year-round the resort hosts activities. During the summer months on weekends, the resort hosts free entertainment in its outdoor covered pavilion and many other weekly activities such as Water Exercise, Clubhouse Coffees, Wine & Cheese nights, Jeep Riding, and Chess club. These activities are posted outside of the Property Management office—be sure to check it out!
The community roads are safe for strolling and bike riding with a 10 mph posted speed limit. This is a very kid friendly cabin and resort.
There is a shuttle bus station outside of the resort on Rt. 9, within walking distance, on each side of the highway. It runs to Breck, Keystone, Copper and other destinations. Check with property management for the schedule. It’s very safe, reliable service and runs on time.
You can fish in the Swan River (catch and release) and our community ponds. The fish are small and few…but it’s great sport for kids!

We're a family with twin 10-year old girls. We are local to the Front Range area and bought in Tiger Run for all of the outdoor adventures all year long, as well as its exceptional Resort amenities. Our girls were 5 when we purchased and they consider it their 2nd home.
Deb & Mike O'Connell purchased this cabin in 2009
We take advantage of skiing, sledding, ice skating, swimming, hiking, biking, and boating and love the towns of Breck and Frisco. We think you'll love it too! We love chillin' on the back deck or by the firepit. Kids of all ages....yes, even teenagers!....love the loft.
Whatever it is you want, we have it. All day adventures and relaxing nights by the river with a firepit OR....stay and read a book by the River all day long and RELAX. Cool mountain breezes, sunny blue skies, quietness. Only reason to leave is to get up and explore.
We came in for a ski trip! The cabin was great. So relaxing, well appointed and FUN! Deb was great to work with and our rental was easy! We loved the pool and hot tube. EZ drive into Breckenridge for awesome restaurants. There were(6) of us and everyone was in a bed. We want to come back in the summer for some hiking! BYE Cozy Cabin....we'll miss you
We loved the cabin it worked out great for 2 families. The kids loved the loft area. Nice and close to Breckenridge would definitely stay there again.
We stayed at the cozy cabin while doing some skiing in Summit County. We had a wonderful time! The location is great. The cabin is cozy, furnished very well with plenty of linens. The kitchen is well stocked and we really appreciated having the spices and coffee filters. The back deck is beautiful. There were four adults (2 couples) and we had plenty of space. Didn't check out the pool/hot tub, etc. but they were conveniently located. We definitely would stay here again!
Your cozy cabin was everything I expected and more. Location was excellent....close to Breckenridge and Keystone and only a short trip to Vail and Beaver Creek. Amenities were excellent....TV in house, and club house with swimming, hot tub and exercise room very close to the cabin. Kitchen was well stocked. I would recommend this cabin to anyone. In the summer it must be beautiful and the covered porch and firepit make it perfect for sitting by the creek with cocktails.
Overall we had a great experience with the cabin - the location is good (about 10 min from the action) and the cabin itself is very cozy. It is perfect for up to 4 adults and 2 children. The kitchen has the basics and the living room has a fireplace and is a good place for hanging out after a day on the slopes. My only recommendation is to assure you get a map to the cabin ahead of time (we arrived when it was dark out and had a hard time find it) and also contact the property management office prior to arrival to assure they leave the welcome packet if you arrive after they close at 5 or 6 pm.
Very kind arrangement from the lovely cozy cabin Owner...during the winter session.
The location is quite strategic (near by tourism resorts, gift shops) and easy-safe to reach.
We...(especially for the kids) enjoyed staying for three nights...after our long journey.
It's highly recommended for families with children.
Our experience at this cozy cabin was once again wonderful! Our family of 4 adults and 2 kids fit perfectly in the space of the cabin. We loved the outdoor covered deck and fire pit along side the Swan River. This location is convenient to several shopping areas and mountain trails. We will definitely return to this cabin in the future. Thank you for providing such a wonderful vacation home!
