This family owned condo is professionally managed by a reputable Bilingual Property Management Company in Punta Cana. When staying at our property it is reassuring to know a property manager is available to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have.

This brand new condo located in Estrella Del Mar has 2 bedrooms, consisting of a master suite with King size bed and 2nd bedroom with queen size bed, both with comfortable pillow top mattresses.

Each bedroom is equipped with ensuite bathroom and large walk-in shower. This condo comes with central a/c, fully stocked kitchen, full size washer/dryer, cable TV with flat screen, DVD player and wifi available. The large 2nd floor balcony overlooks the beautiful pool area and comes equipped with 2 luxury rockers for your enjoyment.

This quiet friendly community is located just 5 minutes walking distance from the beach and offers 2 swimming pools, 2 barbecue grilling areas and 24 hour security.

My husband and I are from Ontario,Canada.

We purchased this brand new 2 bedroom unit located in El Corticito, Punta Cana in December of 2012.. We own 3 rental properties in Canada that we have been renting for the last 10 years.

We have hired a well known and reputable bilingual property management company in Punta Cana, to care for our property and our guests.
