This is a Fabulous New Home just steps from the beach access! The home overlooks the lush landscaping of the community pool and bath house. You and your family will fall in love with this brand new home in Seagrove Beach, which is bright & cheerful throughout. Beautiful random width American Cherry floors invite you into the large living and dining areas. First floor bedroom and a second floor master suite. Large porches on each floor to relax and unwind while enjoying the afternoon sunsets. In addition to the three spacious bedrooms on the second level there is a wonderful bonus room for the kids. Gourmet Kitchen with custom wood off-white kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel Bosch appliances. Travertine flooring is in all bathrooms with custom vanity cabinets & marble countertops. Sunny Day in Magnolia Dune subdivision is a return to the beach for family and friends of days gone by.

For your indoor entertainment, the house is fully equipped with 6 TV's, 5 DVD's, a Stereo, and free long distance calling. There's also WiFi so that you can keep up on your emails as needed!

Seagrove Beach is a great vacation spot for everyone - adults and kids! The beach is gorgeous (access is across the street.) Aside from walking on the beach or playing in the pool, Seagrove offers lots of activities including biking, kayaking, shopping, and wonderful local restaurants. The bike path along Scenic Hwy 30A runs directly in front of the building, and Seaside is only one and one-half miles away.

There are also lots of things to do with your kids - Seaside amphitheatre is a great place for the kids to run around or toss a frisbee while you enjoy a yummy homemade snack from the various eateries. Your kids can enjoy the refreshing fountains of Seacrest Beach while you relax on a bench or walk around the shops, and the unique shops of Rosemary Beach are just a few miles away.

The location is wonderful, a short walk to the 2 beach accesses, Cafe 30A, Angelina's, Goatfeathers Seafood market, beach and bike rentals. The walking & bike path on 30A allows for an easy ride to Seaside, Water Color and beyond.

This is a gorgeous house inside and out. Very spacious, lots of seating and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked and has top of the line appliances. Large upper and lower porches that overlook the pool. The bedrooms are very well decorated with TV's in every one. Beautiful beach right across the street. Plenty of shopping and restaurants close by. Would highly recommend this house......can't wait to go back.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!

My family and I stayed here a few weeks ago and it was absolutely beautiful. The entire property is beautifully furnished. It has all of the amenities you could ever want and more. The kitchen is great with state of the art appliances and it is very well stocked. We have a toddler who LOVED the bunk beds. It is a great place for families and we can't wait to go back. The location is perfect- Several markets nearby, beach across the street and Seaside just down the road-an easy bike ride. Several restaurants are in walking distance. Seaside has alot of fun activites for the family. The beds are super comfy, which is always a plus! Overall, I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to enjoy the beautiful beaches and quaint surrounding towns.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
