The Studio, entirely renovated, is in Copacaba, Rua Barata Ribeiro, near the beach, and has an area of ??24 m2 and can accommodate 2 people comfortably and with the possibility of one extra bed for one more person. It has a large room of 15 m2 with a double bed, wardrobe closet and a desk for 2 people, having air conditioning and LED TV 32 '. The bathroom also completely renovated, has a luxury shower stall and a gas water heater. The kitchen is small but extremely functional, featuring gas stove 4 burner with oven and granite countertops with sink and work area. The entrance hall has a refrigerator, microwave oven, closet to closet to groceries and cleaning supplies, as well as a dining table.

The rent includes bed linens, bath and housewares.

Amazing Studio Apartment, In Prime Location

We stayed in this quaint, beautiful apartment for six nights and had absolutely no complaints.The owner was kind, welcoming and accommodating. The flat was immaculate, well stocked and in a very prime location. Two blocks from Copacabana beach, a five minute walk. We felt very safe in the neighbourhood and in the apartment with 24 hr security gaurds and surveillance cameras. There was also everything you could need within walking distance (Pharmacy, liquour store, supermarket, metro station etc.) We would highly reccommend this apartment to anyone staying in Rio de Janerio.
