Welcome to 'Kiwassa Point' Camp! This 2,700 sq. ft., year-round, waterfront home is the perfect lakeside getaway. Nestled on six wooded acres, with 1000 feet of shoreline to explore, there is plenty of room for the whole family. Whether you prefer to travel by land or water, take advantage of all the Adirondacks have to offer. Trailer your motor boat or rent one from the local marinas and spend the day cruising the 30 mile chain of Saranac Lakes. Enjoy breathtaking views, wildlife, swimming, and fishing along the way. 'Kiwassa Point' is also just a 2 mile drive to the village of Saranac Lake, and 10 miles from the historic Olympic town of Lake Placid. Spend the day window shopping and site seeing, before stopping for a bite to eat at one of the many great restaurants in downtown Lake Placid. After a long day, head on back to camp to toast some smores' and enjoy a bonfire in the outdoor fire pit. The house is neat and clean, and the kitchen is fully equipped. There are three full bedrooms, with additional private sleeping areas and two full baths. Wireless internet access is also available. Once you visit, we're sure you'll want to come back.
