3 BR/3 BA + Den Ocean Front, Terrace & Lanai

You phoned me on the weekend to ask how we enjoyed your condo during the month of April.

It is a beautiful condo with breathtaking views. The building, grounds and pool were always clean & in good condition. The security is very comforting.

We could not come to Daytona until April 7th and we had to leave 2 days early due to my husband's health. We rented the unit for the month.

We did like the condo very much & would like to return next April. Would it be possible & financially beneficial to both of us to rent directly from you?

Hi Aroon-

We've enjoyed our stay here tremendously. I think you have a very nice place- we would highly recommend your place without hesitation to anyone in the future.

Our work schedule (we were here for classes for our work) didn't allow us to be as leisurely as we thought we might have been, but still these things might be nice to know for you. We didn't find a code to the exercise room. I asked at the front desk and the lady told me I should contact you. Beyond that small inconvenience, everything was great!

I think we could only recommend a few things that either didn't work or we couldn't find- (maybe some of these are just for you to know as owner, I am assuming that some of them you already know about).
- the garbage disposal didn't work for us
- the outside lights didn't work (burnt bulbs?)
- icemaker in the refrigerator didn't make any ice cubes (didn't know if or see if there was something to turn on for it)Yes, there is an on/off switch in the freezer area right above the ice maaker
- a pizza cutter would have been nice to have stocked
- maybe some cheap plastic beach toys for kids would have been nice.

These are just minor things I thought of, nothing that made me think negatively about our accomodations, this might have just given it a A+++ instead of an A+.

We really appreciated the hospitality of having some basic necessities available like soap, toilet paper, etc. We thought that was really great and helped when we arrived later in the day from a long day of driving!

Overall we were tremendously happy with your condo. Thank you so much for the opportunity to rent from you and maybe we can connect again in the future if we travel here again.

p.s. the other tenants/owners in this building were really nice as well- gave the place a warm feeling as well
