Great house, will definitely come back!

This is my 4th time visiting Orlando, and 3rd time staying in a rental house. This house is by far my favorite. The owner is very nice and easy to reach. We had a little technology glitch for the deposit refund, but she was able to resolve it really quick. I’m very satisfied.
The house is located in a gated resort. The resort is very well maintained. Location is very convenient, 10-15 minutes away from all Disney Parks. It’s settled at a quiet road right off Rt 192. A 7/11 store is right at the corner of the street, along with tons of other stores and restaurants on the main road. There’s a super target less than 5 minutes away, where you can get all kinds of groceries and house goods. Also a Starbucks located in Target.
It’s a two floor house, tastefully decorated and is super clean. Even a few tower animals to welcome you! Plenty of towers and linens, plus there are washer and dryer for you to use as well. Kitchen has tons of dishes and utensils. There are 3 or 4 cooking pots, maybe not enough to cook a fancy meal, but definitely good enough for regular meals. Coffee machine, blender, toaster…you name it. It really feels like at home, but maybe much cleaner than my own kitchen!
The private pool is also a big hit for the kids! It’s not super big and deep, but perfect for young kids. The only thing to note is that the pool heater won’t work if outside temperature drops below 60 degrees. Unfortunately it was super cold for the last two days we stayed there, and the kids were very upset that they couldn’t use the pool. Good thing it’s FL, not many days will be below 60 degrees. :)
Overall, my family and I had a great stay and we’ll definitely come back next time!
