The property is on the 3rd floor and is literally On the beach! The Ocean Manor Resort has a beautiful pool, available beach chairs and umbrellas, a well stocked tiki bar and outdoor restaurant, a finer inside restaurant (open in the evenings) and a nightclub that is open on Friday & Saturday nights. It also has a full spa that offers everything from massages, facials, manis, pedis, hair styling, makeup, and so much more! The building also has a great coffee/snack bistro open 24 hours a day. You are minutes away from tons of other shops, restaurants, and hundreds of other fun activities to do. You are only about 10 minutes from down town Fort Lauderdale, only 15-20 minutes from the airport, about 35 minutes from Miami Beach and Down Town Miami. Watch TV & movies on the brand new flat screen TV. This is perfect for family vacations, corporate, or short term rentals. Rental periods are flexible. This property is in a fantastic location. First and foremost its Ocean Front! The beach is literally outside of the lobby doors. It has a beautiful pool to enjoy as well. It's Close to all major highways, 15 minutes from the airport, 35 minutes from Miami. There is a fabulous restaurant and nightclub right in the building as well as a tiki bar, a full spa to get pampered, and a convenient shop with adorable things as well as necessities. It is also close to tons of other great shopping, amazing restaurants, art and music festivals, galleries, and museums, sporting events, tennis, racket ball, and basketball courts, football, soccer, horseback riding, swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, paragliding, deep sea fishing . . . You name it, Fort Lauderdale has it!

Additional information about rental rates

We need a min of $500 to hold reservation. Within 1 month of arrival date, we will need the full rent amt + sales tax in full. The $100 cleaning fee & the $500 security deposit can be paid upon your arrival. All paid rent and sales tax is non-refundable. ALL funds must be paid in CLEARED FUNDS (cashier's check, money orders, cash, or PayPal (PayPal transaction fee of 4% or 5% will apply)
Fees And Taxes There will be 6% sales tax added onto the Total Rent amount. There is a $100 cleaning fee to pay for the cleaning after your departure. There is a $500 refundable security deposit. There will be an additional refundable pet deposit required if a pet will be staying in the unit. Parking, beach chairs & beach umbrellas are additional. Ask us for details.
We will need to know the names of all guests that will be staying in the property. We will need at least one ID (passport for international guests and either Passport or DL for guests from the US) from the guests. Once this info is received a lease is prepared and sent to you for review and execution.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • It is only a studio, but it is quite roomy. It has a brand new King size bed as well as a sofa that 2 people can sleep on. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, cups, bowls, utensils, pots, pans, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator. There is not a stove, but there is a plug in portable 1 burner that you can use to cook on.
