Suite 1 sleeps 4 and has gorgeous Red Rock views right on 89A

Suite 1 has a master bedroom with queen sized bed. the main salon has a leather sleeper sofa, 60' HDTV, Full kitchen, fully furnished and has a full sized washer and dryer. My name is Jamie Buturff and was raised in Atlanta, GA but have been in Sedona for 8 years. The property is a commercial building with Suite 1 on the second floor which was just renovated.

Nice Apartment

The apartment is very comfortable and is as advertised. Kitchen is fully stocked and the 60" TV with surround-sound and satellite is a bonus. The wireless works well and Jamie has a laptop computer for his visitor's use if they need it. The laundry facilities come in handy after hiking on the beautiful red soil trails of Sedona. Many of the trails are within 5-10 minute drive. There are restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Jamie is a pleasure to deal with and he made sure our stay was enjoyable. Would recommend this apartment.

I work in Sedona two to three times a year--for a week each time and prefer to lodge somewhere that's not a hotel. Jamie was very warm and welcoming--and the suite was super clean, comfortable, and with a nice view of the red rocks. Definitely a great stay!

We had a great vacation at this rental! it is right in sedona so it was close to everything. we enjoyed having a kitchen and not having to eat every meal out. it had all the things we needed to cook, open wine, eat, etc. It has a nice balcony with a view and a huge tv with surround sound. It was very clean and the owner who lives in sedona said if we needed anything or had any problem or question to call him and he would be there. In the past we rented from people who dont live in the state. We have busy jobs back home and sedona is a great place to go to get away and enjoy nature. we went on a drive to the grand canyon and it was easy to get to from our location. we will definitely rent here again.
