Bay Front Dream Home. If the water is your passion, come stay in this beautiful bayfront home. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths plus a bonus room. The living area and kitchen are on the first floor. The bedrooms and the bonus room plus another living area are upstairs. Bring your morning cup of coffee to the screen-enclosed pool and lanai to watch the sunrise over Estero Bay. If fishing is your passion this is the place - enjoy great fishing from the boat dock. You will see dophins and if you are lucky, even a manatee. Lounging around the pool (not heated) will provide the R&R that you deserve! Bring your boat or rent one and tie up to the dock. There is also room for your RV, complete with hook-up. Monthly Minimum - January, February and March must rent from beginning to end of month, no mid-month rentals. April through December - mid-month rentals are permissible, 28 days minimum. Bedding: King, Queen, 2 Twins, Bonus room has 1 Queen, Queen sofa sleeper

Very nice and cozy home. Owner has been very helpful and accomodating. Property is fairly large and at the end of a sreet on the canal making it a very quiet location. Large pool and lanai and a great living room with screened in porch. Tv's in every room. Home is very clean also. Close to Santini plaza and the beach is a 10 minute walk. Can't wait to come back next winter!
