Casa Bonita Royale. This is luxury at it's best. Beautifullly remodeled ground floor corner condo overlooking the bay. Watch dolphins, manatee and an array of water birds from your living room and lanai. This condo has a ground floor entrance. The condo has been completely remodeled and has a beautiful kitchen with granite countertops. There is ceramic tile in the living areas and hardwood floors in the bedrooms. Just cross the street to the beautiful beach! The lanai is absolutely the perfect place to watch the sun rise over Estero Bay. If you are looking for your home away from home for a month or for the entire season, you have found it here! Monthly minimum. Must check in on the first of the month, no mid-month rentals accepted during December through April. Bedding: 1 King, 1 Queen
