Waterfront on Sebago Lake in South Casco, Maine! Classic cottage with a large screened porch facing the waterfront. Beautiful, old-fashioned stone patio at waterfront. Sebago Lake is a large lake with plenty of room for boating including access to Brandy Pond and Long Lake via the Songo River, for 40+ miles of boatable waterway. Slightly sloping, natural landscape surrounded by tall pine trees. 2 stairs down to small sandy beach, sandy gradual entry. Only 50' from the house to the water's edge! The property faces south with a view across the lake.

*The main floor bathroom has a combination tub/shower, but the tub is half-size. The tub size is not suitable for adult bathing. Bunkhouse has no electricity. *Mooring is a beer keg to left of cottage. This owner considers week 35 to be a peak week.
