Waterfront on Little Sebago Lake in Windham, Maine! Cute, refinished cottage on fabulous large lot on Little Sebago. New kitchen and all new furniture. 150' of level waterfront with a private sandy beach. Great area for outdoor lakeside dining. Slightly sloping, with lawn at waterfront. Nice landscaping w/patio at water's edge. Sandy beach with gradual entry on right side of lot, banked frontage on other side. Only 25' from the house to the water's edge! The property faces east with a view across the lake.
