Home in quiet area located on the east shore of Long Lake. 40+ miles of boatable waterway on Long Lake, attached Brandy Pond and Sebago Lake via the Songo River. Mostly level on driveway side w/some lawn. Slope from house to waterfront then levels out. Natural landscape on waterfront side. Sandy gradual entry. Only 60' from the house to the water's edge! The property faces sw with a view across the cove.
