Sebago Lake is a large lake with plenty of room for boating including access to Brandy Pond and Long Lake via the Songo River, for 40+ miles of boatable waterway. Sloping driveway to house, yard levels out, with lawn on waterfront side. Rocky shore w/deep entry, ladders off the dock. Only 45' from the house to the water's edge! The property faces SE with a view across the lake.
