Waterfront on Stearns Pond in Sweden, Maine! Comfortable year-round cottage in very private setting, on quiet pond. Just a short drive to the town of Bridgton. Level lot with clearing around cottage and some lawn to beach, wooded boundaries. Lawn to sandy edge; 3 stairs down to sandy gradual entry; some grass farther but not in wading area. Only 100' from the house to the water's edge! The property faces NW with a view across the pond.
