Waterfront on Sebago Lake in Raymond, Maine! Beautiful year-round home, with completely finished apartment in lower level and separate entrance. Sebago Lake is a large lake with plenty of room for boating including access to Brandy Pond and Long Lake via the Songo River, for 40+ miles of boatable waterway. Landscaped, large rolling lawn lakeside, extending to split rail fence by neighbors' cottage on right and to tree line on left. Low rock wall with 3 stairs down to sandy and pebbly bottom, gradual entry. Waterfront is shared (right of way on left side of property). Only 120' from the house to the water's edge! The property faces SE with a view across the lake.

*Dock on R w/sitting deck belongs to this property. Dock on far L not for renters' use. No smoking allowed anywhere on property. Full 3-bedroom apartment downstairs. Both beaches on each side of dock are for renters' use. The staircase going from the main level to the basement level has a steep decline.
