Spacious ground-level family room with wet bar, games & lounging area. Located in quiet lakeside community. Overall level lot with lawn around house to beach. Some vegetation on boundary lines. Small sandy beach with sandy gradual entry. Only 30' from the house to the water's edge! The property faces east with a view across the lake.

There is a spiral staircase to the lower level. Lower level is primarily used for sleeping but also has a sitting area and a 3/4 bathroom.
