Waterfront on Crescent Lake in Raymond, Maine! Quiet neighborhood, beautiful view. Lovely cottage interior, used as background for LL Bean catalog display. Lovely screened porch and fieldstone fireplace. Access to Tenney River and Panther Pond by kayak. Shopping, restaurants and Wildlife Park 15 minutes away. One hour from the ocean. Slightly sloping lawn and natural yard with pine needles. 30 stairs down steep slope to dock. Step down from dock to approx. 1/2' depth with sandy, gradual entry.. Only 30'± from the house to the water's edge! The property faces east with a view across the lake to Mt Pismire.
