This lovely Hollywood bungalow is located in the heart of Hollywood. It is located within walking distance to many of the major Hollywood attractions, including The Hollywood + Highland entertainment complex where the Academy Awards are held each year. You can also get a shuttle bus to the Hollywood Bowl from the Hollywood + Highland complex. Hollywood Haven provides the perfect combination of hotel conveniences and home comforts, with Hollywood style and flair.

Hollywood Haven is set back from the street with its own private driveway for two cars. The house is cozy with two bedrooms, one newly renovated bath with shower, full kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals, central air/heat, and two flat-screen HD TV's. One bedroom has a pillow top queen size bed and other bedroom has a very comfortable day bed with trundle pullout.

In the morning enjoy your coffee on the spacious front fenced patio/deck and in the afternoon after a long day of sightseeing you may want to enjoy a relaxing drink on the patio as well.

We lived on Cherokee Ave. in Hollywood for over 18 years and purchased this property 10 years ago. Now we are very excited to share this lovely rental with our guests from around the world.

My daughter and I had the pleasure of staying at Rob's home for a week while visiting my newly born granddaughter. The home is just lovely, well equipped and furnished for a relaxing stay. Rob came by to welcome us and make sure all was in order.
The neighborhood is very convenient, easy to find and very quiet. We met some of the neighbors during our stay- very friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting in the Hollywood area. We are hoping to return very soon!

Sometimes in life we all inquire about a place, etc. and it turns out like this did for us. It was perfect. Amazing location. Very nice little house on a quiet street. Four blocks from the Chinese Theater and parks just a block or two away.

Rob has appointed this place with all you need. We made kabobs on the grill and cooked several times in this clean house. From the laundry to free wifi, we will definitely use the "Haven" again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

We recently stayed here for a girls week in LA. Rob's place is super comfortable, clean, had all we needed for a few days stay. All the beds were very comfortable and the full kitchen was great to prepare breakfast and coffee in every morning. Great place to relax at night after a day of sightseeing. Easy to find and check into.The owner had a book of recommendations for restaurants and grocery all within walking distance. Plenty of towels, extra blankets and dishes for 4 persons. It was great to have a driveway and not worry about street parking. The owner was very easy to communicate by email prior to arrival, and phone if needed during the stay. Highly recommend this for your time in LA. Far better than any hotel!

My best friend found the above rental property and it's got to be one of the best places I've ever stayed in while traveling. I even went as far as asking how much the place was to buy!! It inspired me to renovate my own place in regards to the layout and style. The little touches add a lot...especially if you're a movie lover. A very trustworthy owner as I felt safe and secure with my decision. I'd move to Hollywood in a heartbeat with a place like this!!

A girlfriend and I recently spent 10 days at Rob's rental. It is a newly furnished bungalow, as seen in photos,and contains all you need for an extended visit in a residential neighborhood. We made ourselves at home and sometimes used the kitchen and enjoyed coffee and lunches on the sunny patio. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and you can easily walk to them and grocery store. It isn't far to walk to the tourist attractions on Hollywood Blvd. either.

Rob, the owner is very pleasant and was easy to deal with beforehand and came by to make sure we were comfortable. Check in is simple and parking in driveway is great.

I would certainly stay here again and have no hesitation in recommending it to others. Thanks Rob.
