This home features 2 kitchens perfect for more than one family, an indoor sauna, pool table, ping pong table, and a rec room for the kids, as well as a cozy gas fireplace for you to unwind after a day on the water or beach. The yard has two very private acres accompanied with a hammock, picnic table; play set for the kids, and a Northern Michigan fire pit for roasting marshmallows. This home is great for boat lovers as well; there is a permanent dock in place for loading and unloading your boat and ramps for the jet skis. There is a 4 point heavy duty mooring set up for larger boats as well. Get a great deal for fall and spring...renting from September 15 to May 15 at $4800 a week. Fantastic location for a family outing for color tour or winter vacation with snowmobiling or cross country skiing areas near by.
